Durable
Floors designed to suit your requirements
Our floors are not based on fixed size, giving you endless customisability. We can adjust components so that their length, depth, height and column positions are designed to work around your current space, without causing obstructions or other issues. Our standard column grid is 6m x 4m, which is larger than many other suppliers.
Our floors can accommodate any loading criteria from light office use to heavy-duty loads, such as machinery and hand stacker pallet truck use. It is worth considering a mezzanine floor for that additional space when you look at the benefits.
Mezzanine flooring offers a range of benefits
Easy to construct inside an existing, working building with fast installation. On average we can build 50-60 sq. metres per day. A mezzanine floor can save you both time & space for storage, production, office and sales.
The floor is demountable, with most of the material being reusable and installation does not rely on any existing structures as it is free-standing. As it is demountable it is considered as ‘plant and equipment’ and is generally allowable at 100% against your corporation tax
